A Loving Kindness Journey
Saturday February 14, 2026. 4:00-5:00 pm. $25. Celebrate this Valentine's Day in a unique and heartfelt way by joining our special Yoga event, A Loving Kindness Journey. This session is thoughtfully designed to cultivate compassion, connection, and warmth for ourselves, the people we appreciate and love, and those with whom we share the world. During each segment of this gentle and reflective Yoga practice, we will focus on a series of poses and intentional reflections intended to expand our circle of compassion: We begin by honoring ourselves through poses that foster self-acceptance and gratitude for our bodies and minds. Through mindful movement, we will send appreciation to someone who has inspired us. Next, some heart-opening poses will nurture feelings of love and appreciation for the special people in our lives. Gentle stretches will then encourage us to turn our attention to the unknown people we pass in our daily routines. Finally, our practice will expand to offer loving kindness to every person, creature, and corner of the world, ending with a quiet time of relaxation. This class is open to everyone: singles, couples, friends, family members, neighbors, coworkers – everyone! No prior Yoga experience needed. Whether you wish to deepen your personal practice or simply try something new for Valentine’s Day, you will leave feeling uplifted, connected, and inspired. Join us on this loving kindness journey and celebrate the spirit of Valentine’s Day through movement, compassion, and mindful connection. PLUS…every participant will leave with a sweet treat! Class led by Merry Kendall.
